where is the lake located? do they have a web site?

its located in monroe ohio not to far from traders world flea market. if your on 75 get off on exit 29. turn right if heading south bound turn left if heading north bound. go up about mile and half two miles. you will see a us bank on left hand side thats cinday road turn left there. head straight on cin day for about 3 miles then turn right on lynn road and its on the right hand side.

yes thats it but i couldnt remember it completely. but i will tell you this much since it is under new managment, get there early, the fish really bite. but its an excellent clean place. that have port o lets placed outside barrells for fires. nice shelters, and running water bathroom in the abit house for the ladies.

That lake on the website is huge never seen a paylake lake that big i take it that is the bigger of the 3 lakes...does it get busy through the week?...becasue may have to check this one out since they shut down the one i got to.

the lake really isnt that over all big its very easy to cast to the other side, so you will have to control your cast more so than you would at some other lakes. i dont belive they get all that busy through the weekdays. but weekends they get a full house. but hey you should really make a trip there. its a great group of people and alot of regulars. and if the fish arent biting you can always sit around and bs.

Greg this is conrad again i would like your opinion on making a 5 hour trip from illinois to spend a long weekend fishing at monroe with my 2 boys if you think it would be worth it? I am not sure if i asked you this or not but have you heard of folz twin lakes on bridgetown rd in cincy?

Well conrad i have never fished Monroe lake before so i wouldn't know if it would be worth it. From what i hear it sounds like a decent lake.

No never heard of Folz lake either. I have only been fishing Pay lake for about two years and spent most of my time fishing Cedar Lake.

Sorry I know this didn't help you much,but if you end up going to Cedar, I can give you plenty of info.

its a good lake yes but no place for camping really but you would be able to make do there you would be able to get a place to fish where u are able to place a tent. if you are not wanting to camp there is a few motels only moments away. just a lil info lake monroe is ony minutes away from interstate 75.
