the lake was dug last fall and full waiting to be fully stocked with big cats. I personally dont like the way some lakes are ran I just want to make it desirable to all

Well i would have a regular stocking schedule of big fish and make sure you take pictures to show people what is in the lake. Also make sure there are enough aerators in the lake.

I need to talk to Cincy before i give out too much info to be fair to the site. We are in clarksville oh in southeast clinton county 7 miles from E Z and 15 from cozydale. the first lake is somewhat small but it will handle about 70 people. If it takes off a second lake of 5 acres will be dug late fall of 07 hopefully. I currently do construction and had a bad winter. Hope to open by the skin of my teeth in late april or may. my boys and I spent winter and spring doing a little stocking of our own So far we have 30 blues over 25# and the biggest is 53# my boy caught in W Virginia last week. I plan on dumping in 6000# by the first of may . Goin to talk to Cincy about a grand opening tourny. Other than big fish what do you all want and need in a paylake your in put would be apreciated thank to all remember TO SET IT AND NET IT

Well some rock piles would be nice but don't do what Cozy done and load the lake full of them. Also a good bait house to get all the goodies we need.

The lake has shelfs throughout just there for cathouses and not to hinder the guys fishing so you have to buy more line or hooks.No snags were installed intentionally. The baithouse will be stocked with plenty of bait the only problem will be getting the tackle stocked at first. But it will happen this summer we plan on having food and drinks and plenty of firewood to start. Tent are welcome for the wives and kids if yiu cant dodge em LOL. Working on a grand opening hog roast bring your beer just dont tell the law LOL. I did apply for a beer permit but that wont happen till fall. send me a pm and come out and check it out before we open all is welcome alot of work has to be done yet

you should dig a deep hole all the way down the middle so ppl arent all fighting to fish the same deep hole

the lake has two shelves the deep hole are channels that are the length of the lake plenty of deep water the average depth is 16 feet the deepest is 25 feet near the d**n........ about the 30 tickets lets get real im planning on getting wealthy someday just not tomorrow lol cozy should be named crazy dale lol if this takes off I will build another this fall

draw a map of your lake show people what the under water structure is. dont make peoples spouses who arent fishing pay to sit. have raffles and drawings. but do like others do. nothing more burns me up then to go to a lake and buy raffle tickets and only one winner, i would like to see a place, that raffles off a nice combo then has maybe 3 other runner up prizes such as maybe a free pass, free choice of a few pieces of bait. little things like that mean alot to patrons. in know it does to me. or offer like other misc. prizes. make it worth peoples likings to spend that money.
