HEY DINKDUDE IT'S BEEN AWHILE SINCE I BEEN DOWN THERE BUT THERE WAS A SPOT JUST RIGHT OUT OF TOWN ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR PARKING AND YOU HAD TO WALK DOWN ALONG THE CREEK TO GET TO THE RIVER I THINK THE CREEK IS WHERE THE HOT WATER COMES FROM YOU CAN'T MISS IT IT'S A NICE PARKING AREA WITH A PORTABLE CRAPER.IT'S BEFORE THE PLANT.

DPL has a parking lot made for the fishermen at the hotwater discharge it is before the powerplant on the right (of course) kind of easy to pass up. I would say the path is a good 1/4 mile walk to the main river
